Saving The World, One Bottle At A Time

When we started this business in 2009, we knew the hurdle that was the moniker “broker”.  Broker, as
defined by Webster’s Dictionary is:

We have worked tirelessly over the past 3 years defining what kind of business people we are by
staying true to what is necessary to be successful in this challenging economic environment.  We are
in the market constantly-visiting with restaurateurs, sommeliers and owners.  We promote sales and
pull-through with consistent consumer product tastings and events.  All in all, we have found
successes in our efforts, and have returned the broker model to one of
BRAND BUILDING.

Through the years, our portfolio has changed. We now partner with two distributors in South Florida,
and both have logistics set up for servicing the entire state. We work with them and help with their
portfolios, and their salespeople have the opportunity to sell what is in ours. It is because of that
teamwork that is created that we have the benefit of dozens of salespeople on the ground at all times.

Our selection of core wines is led by Seven Hills Winery out of the pacific Northwest, followed by Art +
Farm Winery and Fairhope in California. We are proud to partner with Morandé from Chile and
continue our long standing relationship with Tony Marchetti's company that offers high Spanish, Italian
adn German selections.

We are committed on our efforts to provide excellent service and expanded brand building in the
coming year. And, we thank you all who have helped with our growth.

Bro’- ker (n) – An individual or company that makes gaudy promises of success
and, after winning the respect and financial benefit of agreement, proceeds to
ignore their responsibilities while collecting residual benefits.  Habitat for a
broker is usually a couch within close proximity of a television.
